About Gill

I help businesses to develop their people so they can deliver their best performance and drive business success.

My focus is finding solutions that are practical, fun, and that bring the learning back to work so that the results aren’t left in the training room but are implemented straight away, helping your people deliver their best performance and drive business success.

A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), I am a qualified trainer, and have nearly twenty years’ experience in designing and delivering practical training solutions in the finance sector. I’ve worked at senior management level for a number of years and have helped people on their learning journeys in the Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey, and Gibraltar.

Finding the right training solution can be tricky – I am passionate about delivering training that doesn’t just tick the box; my aim is to bring life into the training room, bring the training into the workplace, and make sure you see the results of your investment through your people.

I love inspiring others to stretch, to grow, and to build their skills in areas such as service and sales, leadership and management, and personal development.
